• All prices include VAT.
• The price shown is the final price — no fee is added at checkout.
• The price is fixed at the moment you enrol and is unaffected by any later change.

• An enrolment paid through an active gateway is confirmed automatically.
• An enrolment paid externally stays pending until we review your proof of payment and confirm it by hand.
• An acknowledgement of your request is not final acceptance until it is confirmed.

• Card payments go through a licensed gateway; we never see your card details.
• External payment is available and requires proof of payment to be uploaded.
• Payment on receipt of goods is not offered, and no fee of that kind exists.

• Access begins when payment is confirmed and lasts for the period stated on the course page.
• Content is for personal use only: it may not be downloaded, recorded, shared or republished.
• Access may be restricted where an account is shared — and any such decision goes through human review.

The refund terms are shown on the course page before you enrol. Nothing is sent back and nothing is exchanged — a refund is a movement of money and nothing else.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the intellectual property in its content.
